Landscapes and wild moments in glass

Art made of glass is unlike any other. The nature of glass is rigid and fragile, yet the light it casts is dynamic and bold. It is the closest possible thing to natural light filtering into wild spaces. Staring through a stained glass window can conjure the same ethereal light as looking up into a grove of golden aspen trees in fall.  I am compelled to create wild places in glass because only this medium can convey the way I experience light and motion of the wilds.
